I've lived here for 14 years. The landlord is a wonderful lady, the grounds keepers are very nice too....it's the UPPER MANAGEMENT who don't care about the building or repairs at all. The elevator breaks monthly sometimes for days on end....the entire outside of the building is covered in green moss due to lack of power washing. People's decks have holes and decay due to rotted wood. The carpets in some of the apartments are so old and lifting and they can't change them.... I can go on and on and on. I have lived here for 24 years now. I had a few years where I lived in Surrey, but my parents still lived here. In 2019 after my father passed away, my bf and I moved back in here to be near my mom. My first time here was in 2001, I raised my kids here and had friends/neighbours that came and went. This is pretty much home to me. I personally haven’t had issues at all with management. Warning: If you are a person with disabilities, do not apply to live here. Issues one may experience: Unethical practices Fascist Dystopian-like Authoritarianism Disgust Grand Theft Discrimination Harassment Injustice Entering home without notice or consent Also, they are more likely to accept white people, particularly of Slavic descent. Absolutely the worst experience of my life, this means a lot considering I've experienced many terrible injustices. Highly recommend against applying here.
