I've lived here for 14 years. The landlord is a wonderful lady, the grounds keepers are very nice too....it's the UPPER MANAGEMENT who don't care about the building or repairs at all. The elevator breaks monthly sometimes for days on end....the entire outside of the building is covered in green moss due to lack of power washing.
