I see why everybody moved out. You can be a good tenant, pay on time, not cause trouble… They still will be hitting you with constant notices & petty leasing violations, snooping around, When they don’t upkeep the property themselves.
they showed promising progress in the beginning but it went to hell. Washing machines don't work so don't move here if you're not mobile.
I don’t understand what’s with all the complaints, this place feels like home, the staff was very nice and helpful, every time there’s something wrong with my apt he we come on just about 45 minutes, it may be in a bad neighborhood but it’s still charming to live here, I would recommend living here, if you are looking for an affordable nice apartment, come down here to Shannon Fox apartments!

They got me approved in a decent amount of time deposite were so high and they didn’t over do expectations like other apartments I will suggest living here
