Would put money on it that all positive reviews were written by Dr. Ellis himself. This dude approaches medicine with only one thing in mind: profit-maximization. He shows up 5 minutes late to my 15 minute appointment, claims he can't hear me (even though I'm using a microphone that I used all day for work), and then within 20 seconds leaves the call. I had my annual wellness virtually with Dr. Ellis and the appointment was extremely rushed. I could only see his forehead on the screen, and I didn’t even feel comfortable asking him to lower his camera because it was THAT transactional.
This guy signed an oath? 1st experience he cancelled the telehealth meeting after 20 seconds of adjusting volume/settings. This delayed my care by 2 days. I finally get into virtual health session with him 2 days later and he is more than 10 minutes late and didnt let me say anything. He heard one buzz word and said he is sending me everything I need and talked over me the whole time and wouldnt answer questions. I asked him to take down my specialist doctors info so he could email the referral to them and he refused. He hun... read more
I also had him as a telehealth dr twice. Both times I went through the pre-videocall testing and everything on my end was working. He claimed he couldn't hear me and after, Maybe, two minutes he disconnected the call. Didn't try to call me or message me. Just ended the call. Both times. And then it gets put on my record that I missed two appointments. I was very frustrated and will not be using him again.
Dr. Ellis is the best physician I've seen, thanks to my Mom referring him to me. He listens to what you have to say about yourself, and has a good staff working with him, and plus his referrals to professional physician has been great also. And thanks to him for working with my Grandson with what he has been going through. Thank You Dr. Ellis,
