I just had my son’s appointment today for Dr. Ward and the nurse (female) who gave him shots was SO SWEET and thoughtful! The bubbles was brillant! And he loved the ducky! All of the staff was very helpful and nice! Thank you!!!

Shannon should be ashamed of the interaction I had with Delilah Schnitzer on 7/22. My husband and I went to urgent care after a positive at-home covid test. We had been having symptoms for three days prior: coughing, congestion, sneezing, and a high fever. She agreed to prescribe Paxlovid but then spent the rest of the appointment trying to convince us it was dangerous and not to fill the prescription. She said she wouldn't recommend it to her family.
