Elizabeth Ward is a wonderful nurse practitioner! She’s very personable and I’m immediately more relaxed when I know that she is treating me because she is a great active listener and seems to genuinely care about my concerns. If you call ahead as an ASU student they usually have relatively flexible availability and most of the employees at the front desk are kind and responsive.
I visited today and was impressed with the entire experience, from start to finish. I used the *on my way* option, and it worked perfectly. Everyone was so kind, and communicative. All the tests I needed were completed on site, with no wait. Every medical facility should be run like this one. A+++++++
Dr didn’t give me a shot or medicine for my cough she gave me an inhaler didn’t work. I called yesterday cause Dr Longoria told me to call her if inhaler didn’t work left a message with the front desk she said someone will call me within an hour and never got a call back. Went to my regular today and got a shot and meds.
