I didn't know Shannon Carpentry before I contacted them for a quote. I got a few different quotes from different companies. I accepted John's quote because I liked his communication and the job was quite big and the quote was acceptable . The finished reno was exceptional and we are now getting more work done by him. He's very generous with his time and help with ideas e.
