Shannon was very easy to work with on sellng my mom's villa. The villa was under contract within three days of listing and close for all cash in less then 30 days. Shannon went above and beyond in assisting with getting the villa ready for sale including providing and coordinating vendors, I will use him when I am ready to sell my condo.
Shannon was fantastic to work with. He always took any concerns I had into consideration. He was communicative and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. I was an out of state seller so I had to put a lot of trust in him. The house needed some items fixed prior to selling; Shannon was able to recommend people & companies to do the jobs right.
