Shannon Wrabel is the best and has helped me so much as I care for my elderly parents. I value not only her expertise as an audiologist but her kindness and flexibility in serving seniors. She is efficient and professional, but it is her humanity shining through every day that is the best part of this talented service provider.
I've had two pair of hearing aids over the last 15 years and have been happy with neither of them. During an initial one and a half hour free appointment, Shannon thoroughly tested my hearing and existing hearing aids. Without argument, she readily agreed to work with my existing hearing aids to see if she could improve my experience. We ran out of time but at today's follow-up appointment, she spent an hour giving my devices a great tuneup with alternate settings. I'm completely pleased!
We have been very pleased with the service provided by Shannon. Her advice as to replacement hearing aids was excellent, and took into account the varying costs. The follow-on visits have been very helpful as well.
I have been going to see Dr. Wrabel for over 8 years. She's knowledgeable, punctual, thorough, patient; you'll love her. She's the best!
