Charge 5-10x the true cost of labor and only tell you about it after the work is done. Hold you hostage until the outrageous bill is paid! Owner refuses to negotiate and leaves premises. DO NOT COME HERE, AND DO NOT CALL THEM!

0 STARS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS..SHANNON BRYANT IS THE MOST SHADY PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH !!! He will lure you in with CHEAP TOW price and tell you they do everything in shop. Their mechanic Robert or Shannon don't know shit. My Truck had an exhaust leak that heated up an airline going to the transmission and with pressure it popped. My inhouse mechanic had him check everything, their mechanic said Turbo is good but airline on transmission is broke due to the leak. I wouldn’t even give this place a star the service is so bad and the owner is low down he barely answers the phone and he will send you to voicemail his shop barley answers the phone.. my truck was in the shop for a month there I paid him almost $5,000 (and part of that was $2,500 for a supposedly new part but on my bill he put that the part was used) to barely pull out his gate and my truck won’t accelerate and go forward but it will back up ( which it wasn’t doing that before it went in the shop) don’t ever come to this me... read more

I called these CROOKS to change 2 tires on my truck in a large open parking lot not roadside. $2530.50. For some off brand tire that they could not even tell me the name of. DOCS HAMMER DOWN TRUCK STOP
