Shannon was wonderful to work with! She helped us sell our first home and we had no idea what to expect. She was transparent, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated working with someone local - it was clear she really cares about the community and knows what's going on in the area. It was a very busy time for us and Shannon went above and beyond when she made herself available to meet with plumbers / call roofers on our behalf, and supervise the work being done when we couldn't be home.
