She is very experienced and knows how to work your muscles where it is needed. She has a firm touch and works deep if that is what you want/need, but she also listens if you don't care for deep tissue work she will do what you like. She also incorporates essential oils if she feels something would benefit you, but of course asks before applying anything. I really enjoyed her massages, but then I moved.
