Over the many years, my husband and I have been getting a massage. We decided that it was a basic health thing for us. We are both in our 70+'s. We found Shannon through a referral. Quite competent, strong, professional and a pleasure to talk to. We trust her a great deal. Her technique of finding our stress points but also gently massaging down our limbs, increases our blood flow as well. Well, simply put she is great at it and both of us have benefited from her skill.
Had one of most thoughtful and competent massages with Shannon. I had a tight neck and shoulder which was interfering with my sleep. In one session, the tightness was greatly reduced and I was able to get a more restful sleep. Also her rates are very reasonable
