I've had a health issue this year which made my hair significantly thin out and dull. I had thick and shiny long curly hair, which Shannon kept gorgeous for years. I was devastated and grumpy as it got worse. Needless to say at my appt. last week, I was a nightmare client as she cut my hair off at chin length and no highlights.
