Shannon is amazing and once you go to her for a service you won’t want to go anywhere else she makes you feel comfortable and answers all questions you have and she makes real recommendations based on what you actually need and I appreciate her so much for that you can tell she truly cares and takes pride in her work.
I was a loyal client of Shannon for over a decade, almost 12 years, mainly for lashes. Towards the end of the the year last year, I purchased a lash package to take me through the end of the year. There was a time she needed to cancel, and I was not able to reschedule the visit before my next scheduled appointment. To clarify what would happen to the visit I asked.
