They knowingly took money from me after I had reached my out of pocket maximum. I showed them the paperwork and they said I would have to request refunds later. I've been calling for 2 months and they make excuses and won't refund the money. I also checked older bills from what was presented to insurance and they don't match. Check your records for overbilling. Once they get the money you'll never get it back. Cheaters

My experience with CORA Therapy was the same as most of the one's I've been reading. I had a complicated rotator surgery involving 3 tears plus a bicep tear. My therapist looked at the Dr's orders and initially questioned the intensity requested. Instead of questioning the Drs order and going with what should be normal protocol, she just followed it anyway. I was referred for neck and back pain. At the initial visit only my neck was assessed. I never saw a physical therapist for therapy, only assistants who were handling 4-5 patient while a chosen few other patients got one-on-one care. Much time was wasted while the PTAs made the rounds or consulted computes to see what was next. my back pain was never addressed, even when I said that some of the exercises caused my back muscles to spasm. I first met the director (Cat) and was very impressed.  She informed me that she isn’t always there because she managed 10 offices.  I was disappointed until i had a session with Christen who had been fabulous. Christen really knows her stuff and as a long time health Practitioner’s Myself, I Can attest to her knowledge and ability.  They are helping tremendously me through a reverse shoulder replacement.   Highly recommend Core.!

Eustis CORA facility. Called to set up physical therapy appointment. My authorization was not in their system despite multiple transmissions by fax. I finally got my own copy and emailed it to them. I called to set an appointment and was told by Mark(?) that they were very busy and that "they would get to me when they get to me." That told me all I needed to know about their organization. I blocked their number and made an appointment with another provider, which was provided quickly and cheerfully provided.

Corporate Management stepped in and apologized for the unfortunate incident that occurred , while my husband was receiving therapy. We are grateful for that.
