This was our first visit and Ms. Ward was very friendly. She showed a great deal of concern and listened to what I had to say as well. She explained my MRI in depth and discussed treatment and meds She a wide array of knowledge.
Shannon Ward is the kindest and most caring Doctor ever. She treats her patients with the utmost respect and empathy. Her behavior towards her patients should serve as a role model to all practioners in every field. She is very professional and understanding and treats all her patients with respect and dignity. I truly wish i could have a primary care physician remotely as good to their patients as Dr.Ward.
