The Team-Care approach at this office is the most beneficial medical service delivery philosophy that I have ever witnessed. Not only do you get a Doctor, you get a Pharmacist, and Acute Care Manager. My wife has Early-Onset Dementia. She is completely reliant on myself to manage all of her care, affairs, and daily needs.
