I met Ms Moke after my divorce and needed a mediator. She was excellent as a mediator, keeping things unbiased and only gave her opinion on how to move things in a positive direction. Years later, when I had filed for a change of custody, my ex wanted to use Ms Moke for the home study. I compromised to the idea and Ms Moke began immediately. Ms.Moke is extremely bias. She bases her reports on hearsay without any validation or follow through to research any and all allegations. She spent very little time examining the families home life, nor did she bother to interview all individuals who were listed as references. Ms. Moke is also unethical, while 1 party subpoenaed her records and paid for copies, the other party was allowed to have the original records to make copies of their own. Shanna is a disgrace to her profession and is extremely biased with little to no actual facts to back her opinions. She will pick a party and no matter what they do, she will make sure they look good at the end in her report. Highly unethical and did little to no research on any of the references provided nor did she accurately report what those references told her. Names will be misspelled in your final report, she will make up scenarios, and use text messages from 6 years ago as though it were relevant to the current iss... read more

Shanna dealt very professionally in a very difficult custody evaluation. She cared genuinely about our family and the best interest of the children.
