Had to wait for 3 months for the appointment with Dr. Shanmugham. The staff didn't remind me that the carle facility where I made appointment is different from the carle facility that I had to visit the doctor. I ended up going to the wrong location. However, I finally rushed to the right location 10 minutes after my appointment time. Staff said I was still within that time frame and it was fine.
