He definitely knows what he's doing! I made a plea deal to combine my two felony charges into one, so I was being convicted of a felony 3 which is a minimum of 3-5 years in prison. Judge Pater is one of the toughest and Mr. Shanks said he ALWAYS gives people their prison time, but thanks to Mr. Shanks closing statement about how I have always been an upstanding citizen and I just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time (truth), Judge Pater only gave me 3 years probation!!
