Recently I had a suspicion that my system was low on freon. I booked a service call with a different local company. I was enticed by their low service call fee, and as the old saying goes. Mike and I want to thank Shanks Heating & Cooling for the great job they did replacing our AC and furnace. We trusted Scotty Walker from our 1st meeting. He knew his product, American Standard, and educated us on several options. His team came to our house on time, they were pleasant and professional. I really appreciated him coming out a few days later and helping me program our new thermostat. We have not had any issues with our new AC unit, it has kept us cool all summer long! Thank you.
We had a new HVAC installed in 2022 and it quit working on Sunday. I called on Sunday left message and first thing Monday morning they called and had a repairman there by 1PM. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had it cleaned and ready to go within a couple hrs. Scotty and his team are great!
