I like when I can share a review of a professional and efficient business. The office ladies at Shankles are friendly and efficient in calling me on each step of the process of work on my SUV. The quality of work done on repairs is first rate and they even returned a clean vehicle to me. I highly recommend this company.
Front desk was unreasonably rude. Wound up just leaving before getting an estimate to avoid dealing with the front desk.
