Shank N Shig BBQ catered our wedding this summer and exceeded our expectations! They’re super easy to work with and handled dinner service effortlessly. Our menu was salads, pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, and creamy queso corn, and everything was delicious. Some guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Highly recommend for any event!

They catered my wedding on 10.25.25. They did absolutely anything we didn’t have to lift a finger. Had plates, silverware, wet wipes, the best BBQ sauce I’ve ever had. Our menu was Pulled chicken and pork, the cheesy potatoes, green bean casserole & cornbread. Everything was phenomenal, hot and ready to go through the entire line. Josh was able to deliver a late notice pick-up order for a big get together. The food was incredible! I'd like to recommend something, but between the pulled pork, the brisket, and ribs it was hard to pick a favorite. I definitely recommend! I'll be keeping my eyes on their event schedule whenever I'm in town.
Shank N Shig provided phenomenal BBQ for a wedding shower. They are easy to work with, very organized, set you up with everything you need (plates, utensils, napkins). The BBQ is amazing, baked beans and mac & Cheese are amazing. Thank you for helping our event be stress free!
