I thought Dr. shank was rude, she made me feel stupid. And she diagnosed my with something I did not have and was trying to get me to have surgery right away for it, and thank goodness I got a second opinion and saved myself from having my tonsils removed. She was ready to remove my tonsils the following we after she diagnosed me. I was unable due to a conflicting schedule, and my husband suggested I get a second opinion first. But she was very short with me, and made me feel uncomfortable. I will never go back to see her.
