Fantastic initial experience with Shank Dental and after 3 years of service I can’t say the quality of care or customer satisfaction has changed one bit. If we hadn’t relocated, we would be Dr. Shank customers for life. They are that good!
I can’t recommend Shank Dental enough! I went for my routine cleaning with a fussy newborn in tow, and rather than rushing me or showing frustration, the staff took turns pushing the stroller, rocking him, and ultimately they finished my cleaning/exam with him on my chest. They were thorough and on schedule as always and allowed me time to settle my baby as needed. Dr Shank and his entire staff are not only wonderful medical providers, they’re wonderful people!
My first visit was very impressive. Dr. Shank was very thorough, answered all my questions and concerns, and provided excellent education! The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which made my overall experience wonderful. Thank you, Dr. Shank and everyone in the office, for a great experience! Looking forward to continuing my dental care here and bringing the rest of my family to the practice as well.
