Another positive experience at Shank Dental. Early in June I was due for a cleaning. I was cordially greeted Clara, at the front desk who manages appointments and keeps billing straight. Then Hygienist, Emily took me into an office and cheerfully prepared me for periodic cleaning. Emily went to work, while making me feel comfortable with interesting conversation. Great service by people who know your name. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff starts at reception (Miss Clara) all the way to the Dr. Shank himslef. Dentist and staff are very knowledgeable and they offer full service from basic cleaning to dental implants. Painless dental work is important and this place was A+.
Dr. Shank has a great bedside manner. I always buy the yearly discount plan, and it always works out better for me financially. His staff are friendly and always make sure I'm comfortable and tended to quickly. There is no stress in this office. You will feel at home .
