Dr. Shank's entire staff is super friendly, knowledge, and treats you like family. Dr. Shank takes his time evaluating you thoroughly by measuring bites, gum recession, teeth strength, acidity, etc. The dental assistant checked in me multiple times during my eval. She and I found we had a lot in common. After the dental assistant takes X-rays, he reevaluates to make sure. Then, off to the hygienist. She is great! We had been looking for a biologic Dentist in the LAFAYETTE area for a long time. We have been traveling to Dallas, Texas to get the treatment. We were needing free from mercury and fluoride.. We found the Shank Dental clinic in LAFAYETTE, not far from our house. From the greeting to the hygienist and the doctor, we were well taken care of.. They took excellent care, answered all our questions, and were friendly. We highly recommend the office of Dr. Shank.
Went for my initial cleaning/dental check up a few months ago and everything was done so professionally and thorough. I just did my first laser treatment for apnea and it was an easy procedure. Was surprised how I could breathe better after my first treatment. Glad I am a patient at Shank!
Fantastic initial experience with Shank Dental and after 3 years of service I can’t say the quality of care or customer satisfaction has changed one bit. If we hadn’t relocated, we would be Dr. Shank customers for life. They are that good!
I can’t recommend Shank Dental enough! I went for my routine cleaning with a fussy newborn in tow, and rather than rushing me or showing frustration, the staff took turns pushing the stroller, rocking him, and ultimately they finished my cleaning/exam with him on my chest. They were thorough and on schedule as always and allowed me time to settle my baby as needed. Dr Shank and his entire staff are not only wonderful medical providers, they’re wonderful people!
