Took my puppy in to get spayed and picked up her with a nightmare on her stomach. He literally butchered her. Read the whole story here please.. He nearly killed my dog and didn't even care. I had to spend a lot of money to get her the right medication elsewhere.
I took my baby Sadie in to be spayed she was 3yrs 5months old in good health fun loving dog. I dropped her off on March 28, 2017 9am they said they would call when surgery was done. No call. Showed up on March 29th they said she passed away. Said they would call after autopsy. No call. They payed to have her cremated. Said they would call when they got her back. Again no call. They sent her heart out for biopsy said they would call when they got the results back. Surprise no call. I call I am told will call you back still no... read more
I was referred by my brother in law and love Dr. Shank-staff! I'm even going to move up state Florida and still plan on bringing my Buddy to him. Dr. Shank is gentle and very caring to my Buddy. Most dogs would be scared to go to a vet but, Dr. Shank and staff makes it feel like he's at home.
I have 3 dogs and he always works with me on the cost....even treated my new rescue for free on her first visit including her dewormer. Always available and really cares about his furry patients!
Dr. Shank and staff doe s an amazing job with my animals. He even did plastic surgery to fix my dogs ear that was hanging on by a thread.
THE BEST VET. MY RUBY LOVES GOING THERE AND IS ALWAYS WELL TAKEN CARE OF. ALONG WITH HER BESTIE FRIEND LEROY WHO GOES THERE TO.....................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not believe you take your pet to this hospital, and after surgery has no hospital part of the tour, and after 15 days you take your dog for them analyze the surgery that is not healing and cover you cream and protection to put on the neck for your dog does not itch! has no care put surgery unless if you pay for anything that your pet will need
