I met Shanine on Wednesday when she came to view house and quote. S was engaged to come Thursday at 8am to clean for three hours. Shanine was to come and cleahouse while I was going to airport to pick up husband. I waited til 8.15 am, after two phone calls and a message to Shanine to verify she was coming. Having not received any calls to say she would be here or not, and if not, why not, I left, and was late picking people up from airport.
