Very responsive initially until Shania took the non-refundable deposit money and then didn’t hear from her in over 2mths, even though I had sent multiple follow up emails. At this point I pulled the pin (and thank god I did) because her unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism and respect would have only continued (as verified by the other reviews). Note she had a ‘reviews’ section on her Facebook page until recently she disabled it because she was getting so many bad reviews…

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Everything else on my wedding day was perfect except Shania and her extremely poor service. She was hours late and uncontactable to begin with on the day. Then, when she did finally arrive, our flowers were incredibly wilted and she turned up with not even a half of the flowers that I had paid for and discussed with her for months for our arbour arrangement. We had to get our coordinator to run around and try and source more flowers. I have tried to be civil and contact her about the matter ... read more

Hard to contact. Unreliable. Will stress your partner out on her big day

Poor service and does not deliver on time. Hard to contact regarding orders when already been paid in full. Don't bother wasting your money.
