The first time we used them was for my family cruise to Alaska. Second time? For my senior trip and third time was for my family cruise last summer. Ms. Gloria is great and listens to every detail you do and don’t want. We wanted an easy transition to European style hotels for my senior trip, she did that. She easily let us rebook hotels we didn’t like when we got there and refunded our travel insurance. She was always available if we had an issue and our tours were aweomse. Gloria and team have arranged several trips for our family and all have come off without a hitch. Far beyond that-they have all been one of a kind experiences! Almost every question is answered before you get a chance to ask it, and all the details are meticulously handled. Our last trip was a safari in South Africa. The property, staff, amenities and safari excursions were amazing-beyond even our hopes and dreams! We just came back from our second cruise arranged by Gloria and it was outstanding. We have had such great experiences with Gloria at Shangri-La. There are many differences between what Gloria does for you vs. other travel agencies. Shangri-La World Travel Agency went beyond our expectations in providing us with a wonderful, trouble-free Alaska vacation consisting of a 5-day land excursion and a 7-day inside passage cruise. We had no negative "surprises" or unexpected glitches during our trip. Gloria was very helpful in answering all of our questions and providing plenty of information for us prior to our trip. I would definitely recommend Shangi-La World Travel and we am planning to use them again.
