Went in for a much needed mani pedi. Pedi went well, had some issues with the manicure color but they fixed it thankfully which I truly apperciate.
The most consistent nail salon I have been to in the past 5 years. I have came to Shangri La over 40 times (maybe more?). Overall they are very consistent, the chairs are always clean. My only and only pet peeve is when they come mid pedicure and request payment. One, I am typically here to relax, I would like to do payment after my pedicure. And two, I’d like the service to be complete prior to awarding a tip. Overall I will continue to come to this location and do suggest this business to others.
Worst customer service charged to absolutely do nothing. Charged 25.00 to have my toenails not even cut just filed!!! I still can't believe how they treat people. They just scam people for money.
