Drove from Midwest City and wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating and even though this was both my first time there and having a pedicure, I thought it was a remarkable experience. Very calming atmosphere and overall a wonderful time. I hope to come back again soon.
I drive Approximately 75 miles every 2 - 3 weeks to Shangri-La in Yukon to get my nails done, and pedicures when needed. I love the people there. They have always been so kind to me and they do an amazing job. Kristina is my favorite, when I can get in to see her. I never leave reviews because I understand what a busy workplace is like but I went three days ago to just get a gel manicure and was helped by a younger girl and she was in a rush and she cured my nails like 5 times each coat. My real nails are chipping off with the polish. My gel nails usually last me 3 weeks. I’m disappointed in the service and wish she would’ve been more careful.
I usually come to this salon for eyebrow services and have always had a decent experience, especially when the older lady does them. But this last visit was disappointing. I was helped by a younger girl who seemed to be in a rush and wasn’t gentle at all. The wax she used was way too hot—it actually felt like it was burning my skin—and she didn’t take the time to check her work. I don’t understand the bad reviews, I’ve been here easily 50+ times since I was little and have never had a bad experience. This place is definitely my go to for manicures and Pedicures.
