The setup of the selling/buying process is very bad compared to other stores. It feels like a gas station. The guy we worked with asked what we were looking for, left for way longer than normal, and then comes back with 2 options to ring up. He starts telling a long story to his coworker without even discussing what it costs or anything about what he brought, but we trusted that he actually listened to what we were asking. This is the only dispensary that I've been using from here on out. They are always knowledgeable. They always know the right strains to help me with my nerve pain
Improper inventory and absolutely rude employees. I was informed it was my fault for placing a preorder that they didn’t have the items in stock, even though the website showed in stock when I placed my order. The guy was so rude I just ended up leaving.
