Were were in the door at 10:40, 20 minutes before close. There's was a small group of about 5 people, we were let through the security check point at 10:45, there was only one employee at the counter and he proceeded to take the entire 15 minutes of there alloted sale time to "help" one customer that already had an order in. They were then rude and dismissive of all the other customers that they shamelessly let through the security checkpoint. Customer service is lacking. There’s always a line but it’s not because of the quality it’s because they’re slow. Make sure you have an extra 15 min to wait in line.
Incredibly slow. They make everything seem like there is a thousand steps to get the job done. Simply sitting in the lobby waiting for 20 minutes minimum every time you come in. Totally different from the west store
