My daughter and I were just there for the first time. I had an Ultimate Deluxe Pedicure and she had a Deluxe Massage. Both services were amazing!!!! The spa is clean and beautiful and relaxing, everything a spa should be!! We will definitely be going back.
Shangri-La Day Spa is amazing! The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. The people were very professional and did an excellent job. Best spa experience I've had in ages.
I really enjoyed my experience , calm and relaxing , loved my facial and my massage was great , but what I didn't like was that I had a $20 charge fee for something I didn't know was added, now my husband got me a gift coupon from there and what if I did not bring my money other than what I was going to tip, I also got the utopia package and did not receive a lunch and my manicure wasn't that great , I had to get it fixed at another salon . Went for my first spa day. I gave them a cc to hold my reservation (a friend and I were both going) but didn't want to pay that way and she said ok. Tuesday before they call and ask me to prepay. I didn't really want to do that, intended to pay cash. They said ok, as long as I was SURE I was coming. I assured them I was, but reminded them they had my cc on file.
