Wanted to take sometime to show appreciation to Shangri La. It is by far the best place I have lived. The community is positive and welcoming, I consider my neighbors my friends. The building is well maintained and clean. Location is convenient. Nothing is perfect but this place is close. Colton is the MVP. He has always been so kind and helpful. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and I have a lot of respect for that. Thank you for providing a place I can truly consider a home.
I had a tour scheduled with Lauren this past Thursday at 4pm. I showed up early and stayed until 4:30pm. There was no one in the office. And I was told by current residents that no one is ever in the office even though their office hours are posted. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
It’s impossible to communicate with anyone in the leasing office. Their website has incorrect office hours listed, causing us to go in for a tour twice with the office being closed. Many failed attempts at getting a callback, and emailed inquiries ignored. When finally getting ahold of the leasing manager Lauren, there was no improvement.
