I've been going here for a few years now, and never been dessapointed. Shanghai Spa in Farmingdale offers a welcome escape for anyone looking to unwind and relieve tension. While not a sprawling luxury resort, this local spot delivers on its promise of a good, effective massage at a very reasonable price. Great massages, at an awesome price, I absolutely never leave disappointed. Love to come here after a hike or the gym because they give a great stretch, mid massage, that leaves me feeling brand new. Excellent skills!
