Last night was my very first visit to Shanghai Spa. I went in with the intention of getting a foot massage to relieve some arch pain in my feet, which I tend to get every now and then. I got a 1 hour massage for $40 by Jenny. She was incredible. Very thorough and somehow found every ache on the soles of my feet. She worked with such determination that when she was finished, my pain was all gone, and I was so relaxed. Look forward to returning and highly recommend.

I was seriously injured during a massage at this establishment. The therapist forcefully manipulated my leg and lower back while I was face down, without explaining what they were doing or asking for consent. Immediately after, I was in extreme pain and unable to walk or drive. This was not normal soreness — it was an acute injury. I left feeling unsafe and shocked by the lack of care and professionalism.
