My favorite restaurant in Chinatown. (Now called Modern Shanghai.) Prompt service, delicious food, and plenty of quality options. Has never done me wrong.

Lo mein was 10/10. General Tso & orange chicken were 8/10. Soup dumplings were 9/10.
