Have been long term periodic customers. Went in and ordered Pho rice noodle soup (which was way to salty). The waiter didn't understand that we wanted pho soup initially, and barely spoke any English. I asked about coffee and got this blank stare, and finally said you mean the drink you add milk (or something like that). I said forget it, and he showed up with a cup of very milky "something" a bunch spilled into the saucer. It was filled with sugar and super-sweet and undrinkable.
