Confirming reviews here how poor the staff and office is run by Dr Wu. We need to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy done for my father on 4/12/24, as recommended by our primary care physician for urgent/critical condition (not routine checkup). We followed the process and sent updated paper work and sent over current status from our primary physician. My father was seen by the Dr's assistant - PA Liu. She gave him an order for abdomen ultrasound. 2 weeks later I called to find out the status of the order - still pending. OK. A month and couple days later - "oh, your father is a sick man and we are not referring him anywhere". What?!?! Unprofessional, clueless, careless, time-wasting GI office!!!! AVOID this stupid place!!!!
This is the worst Dr I've never seen in my life! I will give him 0 star. Just here to share my story, and hopefully to help people out. I have done two upper endoscopy with this doctor. and been seeing him over 2 years. Long story short, what I have being thru with this doctor is just can't be described by plain texts. I have read some other comments, and combine with my own experience, that appears this doctor ask patients to do upper endoscopy in order to gain more profits (upper endoscopy isn't a complicated surgical examination, it takes 5~10 mins to complete this procedure.
