My sons, my mom and I arrived at Shan's studio and he was extremely pleasant and welcomed us warmly. Our session started on time and he even had some music from our home country going. Instantly we felt more at ease as it was one of my son's favorites. Shan gave amazing, easy to understand directions. Very professional and straightforward.
