Shanese is Profesional, courteous knowledgeable, informative, patient and attentive. She is the person you want on your side when making large purchases or not. She assisted me with looking for an apartment for my father. Shanese was great at weeding out people playing games. She was great at eliminating apartments that looked great but were not.
