Was disappointed with the portion on a half tray of peach cobbler, Complied to the GM Mark he was not having it he said the portion was correct, I text him two pics and he did not change his mind....view pics in gallery you decide!
Good food but the portion sizes are too small to be so expensive.
We have always loved to eat at Shanes, but when you call in an order to go and they put you on hold for 10 solid minutes, that is ridiculous. When I got to the restaurant to finally place my order, I was told that phone customers were not a priority. I probably won't be back.
I just happened to be in the area and this place was recommended for good bbq. Great food, fast service and friendly staff. Thanks!
My ribs was burnt and hard. Tasted like it had been sitting on the fire for days. Noone even asked if the food was OK or even seemed to care if we was in the store.the young black lady that took our order wasn't friendly just stood at the counter looking at us...we started to walk out..but decided to give the food a chance. Overall it was the worst dining experience we have had yet..we eat out alot all over fla up to Tennessee. Logans ribs are so much better quality And customer service is a+. I always enjoy the food at Shane's. I would like to see the price come down by 25%. This would be a gold mine of a restaurant and would get my business a lot more often.
We eat here at least once a week. The whole family love it!
The pork sandwich was okay, but the fried okra was awful. It was so tough I thought I had bit down on a bone sliver. It obviously was way too ripe when harvested. They probably buy this stuff in bulk, but one would think they would make sure everything is perfect since they are a fairly new restaurant.
