My first time eating at Shane's and the food was very good! The young lady who took our order and brought us our food was extremely nice and had a smile on her face the entire time! Her name was Jessica. Thank you Jessica for the great service!! I will be back!

Had hair in my food and waitress act as if she didn't care.....no sorry or anything just got the plate and brought more food out! Will not be going back there again! Food was great but customer service sucked !
love the cowboy berger. a little disappointed there was no beer to go with it. even though they were within an hour of closing the servers were sweet and the cook did his thing. I'll be there again.
