The traditional wings came out nice and hot I absolutely enjoyed them. Thank you to Stephanie she helped me pick out a flavor for the wings and was very helpful letting me know I can have 2 flavors. Great service will definitely come back again.
Excellent food and service. The service staff is personable, fast, and very good at getting orders correct. They train their new staff very well.
Really enjoyed their pulled pork basket. You can tell their managed well because their young staff is very professional and kind. Very clean and great southern bbq!
Good food for a franchise, nice atmosphere, will eat there again, this is all I have to say about it.
I loved the taste of the ribs,they would've been better if they had of been fresh and hot,they were just barely warm. The potato salad was warm,when it should've been cold. We spent 37.63 there and left most of it on the plates.
It's Friday night, you've worked all day and you want some bbq. This was the case for my family and I. My husband LOVES Shane's so this was a no brainer for Friday night's dinner. The service was great, as always. I ordered fried okra with my meal but received fries, no problem because the server noticed it before I could say anything. The food was hot and tasty as well. Really good food. Portion size is unbelievable so for ten or eleven bucks you essentially get two meals. Service is good, quality is great
I love Shane's the customer service is excellent and the food is very delicious. I go at least once a week.
The food was amazing and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit this restaurant again in the near future.
