Very unprofessional; agreed to inspect broken well pump then sent 2 young men that struggled to understand my setup, left it in pieces, charged me a service call, told me to cut down 2 trees before they could come back. They handed me an estimate scribbled from s notepad and when I asked for it to be broken down and printed out I was told the owner would email it to me. I wad then ghosted and no one would return any calls or texts - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
Highly recommend. Shane was quick to get his guys out to our house for same day service. Our pressure tank went bad early this morning so we had no water. Thanks to Kyle and Anthony for getting the job done professionally and quickly.
Shane sent his crew out on the same day I called them. Kyle came out and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He figured out our problem quickly. He put in a new well pressure tank for us. Our well water is working better than ever now. We’ve got great pressure and love the new system. If looking for someone reliable to work on your well, look no further. Give these guys a call.
Shane and his crew are outstanding. Shane went above and beyond for me. He genuinely cares for his customers. He's very busy because he does such good work. Be patient, he's worth it.
