I called to set up lawn service and the guy who I assumed was Shane answered the phone with a dry hello. I had to confirm if it was the correct company I was calling. He said yes and when I asked about a quote he said they only work for corporations. I apologized and stated that I didn't realize that and before I could say thank you he had already hung up in my face.
