Repaired the front end of my Jeep Grand Cherokee to perfection! The work was excellent and the customer service was by far the best I’ve experienced for any service in White County. They guided us through the insurance process and even helped us with answers to questions we didn’t even know we would have. Truly an elevated experience and much appreciated!
I called Shane's last Friday needing my head light Assemblies replaced, I got the appointment that worked for me. The guys that changed them out did a great job, super nice guys, and the nicest office I've ever seen in a body shop with Shane's own creation on lighting. Did I mention that Shane's was 100.00 cheaper than Bell Mountain Body Shop?! Don't take your vehicle any where but Shane's!!!
They were amazing very kind. They told me it would be around two weeks for my car and it took seven days. They were a blessing. my car looked extravagant and brand new.
I was recently involved in an auto accident that damaged the whole driver's side of my vehicle. I knew of Shane's Auto Body from friends and from driving by it every day during my commute. They did such a good job fixing my car that you can't tell that it was wrecked. The paint is flawless and everything works as it should. I'm very happy with the job they did and will be running back if I'm ever in another pickle. Customer service was top notch!
These guys are awesome! My husband and I were traveling from Louisiana to South Carolina. We stopped overnight in Dahlonega, Georgia. When we left the next morning we had an unexpected passenger. A kitten had crawled into the engine of our vehicle and bedded down in the wheel well. We could not get him out, or even see him. We went to Shane's shop for help. And help they did!
