Was on a camping trip and my brand new truck got hit. Truly lucky to have found this shop. Looked like I was going to be stuck 9 hrs from home for up to 4 weeks to repair. The shop went out of their way to expedite the repairs and get us home. The shop has first rate facilities and helpful staff. Big shout out to Reese, Stacy and Howard for ensuring an excellent repair and walking me through the insurance process. I cant say enough positive things about my experience with this organization.
This has got to be the most professional body shops I have ever been to. The entier staff went above and beyond to assist me through the repair process. They dealt directly with my insurance company, and the finished product was a vehicle that looks better than before. WELL DONE SHANE VERY WELL DONE!!
From the time I walked in and asked one question about a quote to the time we picked our vehicle up, the whole team of employees was beyond helpful. Very stress free process working with our insurance and them. Gave us truthful advice and answers on any questions we had.
Repaired my brand new car when I'm sure insurance would have totalled it. Helped me in ensuring I get the most in value when I can to repairs and diminished value. Helped me understand the insurance process as well as insurance with their scammy tactics. When it comes to mechanics in Cleveland, this is the only one I see over their competitors. Businesses that are here to help are rare, and this is one of them.
I was recently involved in an auto accident that damaged the whole driver's side of my vehicle. I knew of Shane's Auto Body from friends and from driving by it every day during my commute. They did such a good job fixing my car that you can't tell that it was wrecked. The paint is flawless and everything works as it should. I'm very happy with the job they did and will be running back if I'm ever in another pickle. Customer service was top notch!
