Visiting Helen and ripped the bumper of the car off and so stopped by Shane’s. The staff was friendly, help, courteous and professional from the phone call to having it checked out and repaired or made roadworthy anyway within minutes. Easy to find, great experience, we didn’t have to wait and the mechanic checked it out throughly using several tools to secure the bumper providing recommendations for us to complete when we returned home. These guys are awesome! My husband and I were traveling from Louisiana to South Carolina. We stopped overnight in Dahlonega, Georgia. When we left the next morning we had an unexpected passenger. A kitten had crawled into the engine of our vehicle and bedded down in the wheel well. We could not get him out, or even see him. We went to Shane's shop for help. And help they did! I was recently involved in an auto accident that damaged the whole driver's side of my vehicle. I knew of Shane's Auto Body from friends and from driving by it every day during my commute. They did such a good job fixing my car that you can't tell that it was wrecked. The paint is flawless and everything works as it should. I'm very happy with the job they did and will be running back if I'm ever in another pickle. Customer service was top notch!

I only gave a three star because most of the staff were wonderful. It would of been a 5 but due to fact I got to my car back for some reason with my front tire at 45 PSI when max it should be 35 PSI. Getting a hold of anyone for updates was like pulling teeth. Me and my claims agent called them for a week and left multiple voicemails to have to end up emailing directly to get a update on where progress was on my car. My husband had a collision with a deer in my truck. We just got it back from Shane's and they did an exceptional job. Everybody involved only sees the trucks monetary value, but my dad gave it to me just before he passed away. So it's more valuable to me. They dealt with our insurance so we didn't have to. They did a great job at keeping us updated through the whole process. Great group of people!
