I only gave a three star because most of the staff were wonderful. It would of been a 5 but due to fact I got to my car back for some reason with my front tire at 45 PSI when max it should be 35 PSI. Getting a hold of anyone for updates was like pulling teeth. Me and my claims agent called them for a week and left multiple voicemails to have to end up emailing directly to get a update on where progress was on my car. My husband had a collision with a deer in my truck. We just got it back from Shane's and they did an exceptional job. Everybody involved only sees the trucks monetary value, but my dad gave it to me just before he passed away. So it's more valuable to me. They dealt with our insurance so we didn't have to. They did a great job at keeping us updated through the whole process. Great group of people!
I dropped my Suburu outback off on a Monday , Stacy took a bunch of photos and gave me an approximate pick up time 2-3 weeks which was fine . They contacted me twice about supplements for items uncovered while taking off the bumpers which I expected . Three weeks after I dropped it off Stacy called and said the car was complete . I was recently involved in an auto accident that damaged the whole driver's side of my vehicle. I knew of Shane's Auto Body from friends and from driving by it every day during my commute. They did such a good job fixing my car that you can't tell that it was wrecked. The paint is flawless and everything works as it should. I'm very happy with the job they did and will be running back if I'm ever in another pickle. Customer service was top notch!
Replaced my axel and used premium parts even though the insurance company said not to. And finished in the proposed timeframe
