GREAT SERVICE. My engine light came on and Shane fit me in right away. VERY friendly, very reasonable prices. If I could give a 10 star I would. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Shane's was recommended on FB as I had received a stunning quote from Midas for fixing my brakes. They claimed my car was unroadworthy. I took it to Shane's and they even gave me a loaner car for the day. They checked my car over and gave me a quote that was a quarter of what Midas quoted. They are a wonderful company to deal with, fair and fast. Jade was so helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing work on their vehicle.
To say Shane is the absolute best would be an understatement! My sister and I were on a little excursion for the day from Victoria headed up to Mount Washington. We have an old Volvo station wagon, and while she’s usually the most sturdy girl in the world, we occasionally run into the odd problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Shane’s at Your Door. I hit a pothole on Hwy 1 on Christmas Day and didn’t have a local mechanic. The rattle and metal again metal noise coming from the back of my car was definitely concerning. I found Shane thru the Ladysmith Facebook group and messaged at about 1 pm last Friday. He said he’d take a look so I dropped my car off at his garage and his daughter brought me home.
