Shane went out of his way to fix my car and to get it back running. The charge was reasonable and I feel like he tries his best to build a good rapport with his customers.

Not knowing exactly what was wrong with my car...alternator or battery...I called the local mechanic in Chemainus to see about getting a test done to determine what was wrong. They told me the soonest they could get me in to do the 10 minute test was in a week! So I called Shane's At Your Door Auto. They told me to bring it in that day. Shane took 5 minutes to determine my issue was the alternator. Left the car overnight. The next day, the alternator had been rebuilt and installed and the car was ready to be picked up. GREAT SERVICE. My engine light came on and Shane fit me in right away. VERY friendly, very reasonable prices. If I could give a 10 star I would. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Shane's was recommended on FB as I had received a stunning quote from Midas for fixing my brakes. They claimed my car was unroadworthy. I took it to Shane's and they even gave me a loaner car for the day. They checked my car over and gave me a quote that was a quarter of what Midas quoted. They are a wonderful company to deal with, fair and fast. Jade was so helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing work on their vehicle.
