While traveling from Victoria to Nanaimo, we had a rad hose blow. We live in Nanaimo and could not get the truck back. Shane’s got us in right away and repaired the leak and did not charge us. This was some of the best service I’ve had for a very long time. 6 Stars Thanks Guys.
Awesome service, they were super helpful in completing inspection and fixes same day for a reasonable price. The availability to use their shop car to get around in the meantime is the cherry on top. Thanks guys
They wanted to up sell me on unnecessary work. I refused their service. Won't be back... super simple fix they couldn't manage... they just want to extract as much money from customers
Honda Odyssey broke down because a few alternator bolts had broken off, which caused the belt to come snap. These guys got the alternator fixed the same day and replaced the belt as well. Really friendly staff, great service!
I had an amazing experience with Shane’s. They were able to take my truck that wasn’t running, diagnose and order the parts and had it running again in no time! They kept me updated on how things were going and charged a very reasonable price. The lady at the desk is also extremely kind and knowledgeable! Will be bringing my business here again for sure, and definitely recommend!
