Wow, where do we even start. Unknowledgeable on how to tow electric cars, horrible customer service, husband and wife team that lets personal issues affect the way the run the business. First Bob and Don the drivers were absolutely amazing and didn't want to be in this situation. This towing company was to pick up and tow my car overnight, they did not, so the following morning BMW had Abraham Lincoln Towing company come out to tow the car.
