Have no idea where Wellstar found this one. My husband went to the emergency room with complications from the shingles virus. Kennestone Hospital did not write his prescription correctly when he was released from the ER. Once he was no longer under their care, they could not correct the prescription but advised that his Primary Care Physician (PCP) could.
