I had a great experience working with Steve. A collector contacted me on behalf of my old landlord, claiming I owed more money for "damages" on top of them already taking my security deposit. Working with Steve was fantastic. He can be very direct on the initial call, but I appreciated his thoroughness in discussing my situation to see if I had a case, which I did.
